JA Campos, M Waisman Campos // Alteraciones cognitivas en usuarios de benzodiacepinas y otros fármacos con impacto cognitivo elevada prevalencia de abuso o mal uso de estos farmacos. Los avances en neuroimágenes permiten conocer aspectos funcionales, diferentes activaciones cerebrales frente a situaciones y comprender conductas relacionadas, lo que acerca cada día más a la interpretación del funcionamiento cerebral y su impacto en la conducta. La complejidad del uso de sustancias implica poner mayor énfasis en la valoración integral y reconocer la importancia de la calidad de vida del paciente, su familia, la sociedad y también del equipo de salud que intervendrá.
