MNC Derito // Urgencias en Psiquiatría. Psicosis endógenas agudas tes psicóticos que presentan resistencia al tratamiento con otros antipsicóticos. Además, en un estudio RCDC, la terapia combinada de litio y clozapina demostró ser segura y eficaz en pacientes esquizoafectivos refractarios a la monoterapia con clozapina. Bibliografía • 1.
